Dropping like Flies....

We didn't get Hi5 in NZ that I remember, but I'm fairly sure we got (but hardly ever watched) Dora. We did watch The Wiggles and the Teletubbies, and later graduated to Bob the Builder, Jane and the Dragon, Round the twist, Suzy's World, and of course, early episodes of classic Dr Who...

Thanks to donations from members I've been able to move Planet Mondas to a faster server. But I'm still working on further improvements. Ad Revenue covers the server fees, but not my time, so if you like you can buy me a coffee, which will help fuel me! Thanks in advance! Mat Sadler (matjkd)

Producer and performer Rupert Hine has gone.

If you’ve never heard it his early 80’s album Immunity is rather good.

The second to go. June died a few years back and, as talented as she was, she had a very troubled life.

Ian Holm’s gone.

I seriously didn’t think he was that old.

My long deceased friend, writer Richard Carpenter, thought the world of Ian Holme I remember. My main memory of Sir Ian's work was as Ash in the first Alien film.

Sadly Bob died after being struck by a car.

That happened to one of ours, too. And one disappeared without trace, never to be seen again.

He directed some very memorable 90s movies besides those. Falling Down is a favourite.

My cat died last year. No one else was involved, he was just very greedy and died while lying down. He was about 11/12. Still miss the little fella though.
