Thanks to donations from members I've been able to move Planet Mondas to a faster server. But I'm still working on further improvements. Ad Revenue covers the server fees, but not my time, so if you like you can buy me a coffee, which will help fuel me! Thanks in advance! Mat Sadler (matjkd)

BBC Studios is pleased to announce that Doctor Who will be the focus of a multi-platform story launching later this year. Time Lord Victorious will see partners including Penguin Random House, Doctor Who Magazine, Titan Comics, Escape Hunt, Big Finish Productions, Eaglemoss Hero Collector, Immersive Everywhere, Maze Theory, BBC Books and BBC Audio, unite to tell a brand new Doctor Who story.

Time Lord Victorious will launch later this year, with products and experiences scheduled to launch over a twelve week period.

Time Lord Victorious will tell a new and untold story, set within the Dark Times at the start of the universe, when even the Eternals were young. Following several Doctors across space and time as they defend their home planet from a terrible race, this is a story like no other.

The story will feature the Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Doctors, companion Rose Tyler and monsters including the Daleks and the Ood, with more to be revealed over the coming months as products are announced.

James Goss, Producer, said: "BBC Studios’ Doctor Who licensees have come together to tell an amazing epic – one that’s full of monsters, fun and heart. All strands of the story unite into a mighty patchwork that ranges from one end of the universe to the next. There's more to be revealed, but the enthusiasm and ideas which the licensees have come up with are breath-taking. It's going to be such fun."

Further information about Time Lord Victorious can be found on DoctorWho.TV, where a timeline of product releases will be collated as products are announced.

Im beginning ti think that Rose prequel wasn't just RTD issuing what he would've done for the 50th but it's tied to this(?)

The fact they opted for only 8th, (True) 9th, and 10th and not pulled Moffat's Anniversary middle finger (moreso on the audio from since John Hurt's 3 years dead), might be a way of low key saying "Ok, maybe we did get carried away with letting Moffat handle the special. Here's a big ass apology that makes Shattered Grid look like Once A Ranger

The Monthly Adventures range from Big Finish are coming to an end, the company are revamping the line, intending to create more of a dedicated collection for each of the Doctors.

They have promised a few interesting new storyline directions, such as adventures with First Doctor and Dodo (after they leave Steven behind), they'll also do their own version of series 6B with the Second Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith will return paired with the Third Doctor (presumably Sladen's daughter will again reprise the role), and there will be a collection wrapping up the Seventh Doctor's adventures just prior to the TV Movie

Taking bets on OoT 2 being 8 and 1 or a surprise.

Re: Dodo- meaning a recast who'll either be paired with Peter Purves for Early Adventures material or paired with David Bradley as an alternative to the rest of the AAIS&T alum(?). Also, I heard Elliot Chapman's bowed out so this makes me wonder if they'll end up using Lily Travers and the other dude from Twice Upon a Time for Ben and Polly.

Here are the Big Finish contributions to Time Lord Victorious, all featuring McGann. Also, there's a two-story Short Trips featuring adventures for the Delgado and Ainley Masters, voiced by Jon Culshaw.

The first Out of Time was recorded under lockdown, so I'm guessing with those pictures of Davison recording at home in his cupboard are related. Colin Baker said during his Fanton Film panel that Big Finish were sending him some recording equipment.

1 - Baker/Tennant
2 - Davison/
3 - Colin Baker/

Doubt if they got Smith, Eccleston or Capaldi they would launch them like this, so that narrows it down to the regular crowd.
