Filming has officially wrapped on “No Time To Die,” the 25th instalment of the James Bond franchise and the fifth and final outing of its current star Daniel Craig.

The official 007 Twitter account shared an image of Craig and director Cary Fukunaga on set with the caption: “That’s a wrap on #NoTimeToDie. See you in cinemas April 2020.” A clapperboard marked with the date October 25th confirms the film’s final day of production.

Thanks to donations from members I've been able to move Planet Mondas to a faster server. But I'm still working on further improvements. Ad Revenue covers the server fees, but not my time, so if you like you can buy me a coffee, which will help fuel me! Thanks in advance! Mat Sadler (matjkd)

I can't help feeling that title is tempting fate.

Daniel Craig on why he came back after SPECTRE:

http://www.darkhorizons.com/daniel-craig-talks-why-he-did-a-fifth-bond/

“If that had been it, the world would have carried on as normal, and I would have been absolutely fine. But somehow it felt like we needed to finish something off. If I’d left it at ‘Spectre,’ something at the back of my head would have been going, ‘I wish I’d done one more.’ I always had a kind of secret idea about the whole lot in my head, and where I wanted to take it. And Spectre wasn’t that. But this feels like it is.”

The singer for the theme has been chosen.....

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-51112742

Pop star Billie Eilish has recorded the title track for the new James Bond film, No Time To Die.

The US singer, who turned 18 last month, is the youngest artist in history to write and record a theme for the franchise.

"It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way," said the star, who called the assignment "a huge honour".

"James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I'm still in shock."

Her voice is nice; her lyrics, on the other hand, are so banal they could have been written by Chibnall.

This could go either way.

It's not the barnstormer I'd hoped for, but it's okay. It's also a bit of a marketing smash from what I can see around the net - the youngsters are raving about the song. It probably means this Bond film will get a certain amount of Billie fans turning up who might not have done if she wasn't attached. Very shrewd move.

Seemed OK, suitably minor key and Bondish, but nothing like as memorable as some of the previous ones.

They're not bad, but I have to admit that I miss the old hand-illustrated ones:
