Thanks to donations from members I've been able to move Planet Mondas to a faster server. But I'm still working on further improvements. Ad Revenue covers the server fees, but not my time, so if you like you can buy me a coffee, which will help fuel me! Thanks in advance! Mat Sadler (matjkd)

Jeez. Please don't let him be the next showrunner.

Best thing out of New Who I've seen in a long time. That brings back memories.
The Doctor died with Capaldi. The Chibnall era is non-canon.

There are no Doctors before William Hartnell.

Without respect, we reject.

Hi, nothing to add but say Im fine and whatever good ideas that story had is undone by the spiteful white text on black!
Haven't the BBC ever saw how colour is coordinated on message forums?!!

I recently had cataract surgery (just before coronavirus stopped all non-essential surgery - good timing or what?) which means I can see stuff qutie clearly now, I keep reaching for nonexistent glasses and almost jabbing myself in the eye. In particular, black print on white backlit on a monitor is a bit much for my eyes so I installed a thing called Dark Mode in my browser which lets me click a switch and change a web page into light-on-dark. Anyway the point of all this is that I just tried it on the Moffatty story and it switches it to a more soothing grey background, interestingly enough. So even in this case it improves the appearance (in my opinion).

Amy and Rory return for a special short (largely Arthur, with Karen's voice at the very end), since it was The Doctor's Wife watchalong today, this was written by Neil Gaiman!

So great to see Rory again. I've missed him and Amy a lot. :(

Paul Cornell returns to Doctor Who with a new short story featuring 13 and the fam

I see he threw some shade at the "socially awkward" stuff from "Can You Hear Me?"

Fianlly, some actual updates on the festive special

From GB's EFXBarry on John Barrowman possibly appearing

A friend of mine, a mad Who fan and neighbor of Barrowman here in Palm Springs, was told by Barrowman himself that he's in it. Let's hope it's a good role.

Yeah, yeah it's a "I know a mate who..." post, but any port...

I find it highly amusing that a thread for spoilers about the most recent series has become a thread for short stories and videos written mostly by the two former showrunners

Even though it's the most elaborate of these things so far thanks to the contributions from the cast, I found too sickly and ott for what it was, and therefore somewhat over-egged. Nice idea, and hats off to the organisation of it. Not so sure about 'the couple' from Australia.. I know they shared a hug once in the Tardis but.. Typical RTD dropping summat in to wind us up. I suppose he tends to do it less annoyingly that the others but still!
