The next Doctor?

The next Doctor?

Lady Chatterley's Lover hunk Richard Madden could swap making the Earth move for saving it as the next Doctor Who.

The actor, 29 – whose girlfriend Jenna Coleman is set to quit as the Doctor’s companion – is top of a list drawn up by producers in case Peter Capaldi leaves too.

Thanks to donations from members I've been able to move Planet Mondas to a faster server. But I'm still working on further improvements. Ad Revenue covers the server fees, but not my time, so if you like you can buy me a coffee, which will help fuel me! Thanks in advance! Mat Sadler (matjkd)

Personally I am hoping that Capaldi does some specials next year then another full series before bowing out. After that then who knows- personally I'd prefer someone in their forties next.

Whoever it is, his first episode needs to be called "Talkin' bout my Re-Generation"

Harry Hill. 8-)
The Doctor died with Capaldi. The Chibnall era is non-canon.

There are no Doctors before William Hartnell.

Without respect, we reject.

It really doesn't make any difference who the Doctor is, the soulless factory that is New Who will remain as uninspired, smug and tedious as ever.
(Doctor Who) has been hijacked and redefined as a lucrative modern franchise. They've literally taken a square peg and painfully made it fit a round hole by taking enormous liberties with much of its fundamental essence. There's no turning back now.

Why, is someone suggesting it won't be Benedict Cumberbatch?

I really hope it isn't, he's a terrible actor.
