SERIES 12 SPOILERS

The Sarah Jane Adventures had loads of brilliant stories, it was in fact the only part of New Who that seemed like a continuation of classic Who, for my money at least.

Sadly this wasn't one of them.

Thanks to donations from members I've been able to move Planet Mondas to a faster server. But I'm still working on further improvements. Ad Revenue covers the server fees, but not my time, so if you like you can buy me a coffee, which will help fuel me! Thanks in advance! Mat Sadler (matjkd)

Ten Doctor Who actors from the past 50 years will say thank you to real doctors and other NHS staff on a star-studded BBC fundraising telethon later.

Jodie Whittaker will be joined by a host of her predecessors as the Doctor on BBC One's The Big Night In.

Little Britain, Peter Kay, The Vicar of Dibley and Catherine Tate will all also return during the three-hour special.

The show begins at 19:00 BST and will see Children in Need and Comic Relief join forces for the first time.

The Doctors have recorded a message thanking front-line staff for their work during the coronavirus crisis. It will be broadcast just before the weekly Clap For Carers at 20:00 BST.

The actors taking part range from Tom Baker, who played the role between 1974-81, to current Tardis-dweller Jodie Whittaker, and Jo Martin, who appeared as an alternative incarnation of the Doctor in two episodes earlier this year.

Bad luck, yes.
(Doctor Who) has been hijacked and redefined as a lucrative modern franchise. They've literally taken a square peg and painfully made it fit a round hole by taking enormous liberties with much of its fundamental essence. There's no turning back now.

So the Sea Devils will meet Jodie's Doctor after all...in the comics, which will tie into Time Lord Victorious. It'll also be another crossover with the 10th Doctor, and Rose will appear leading the human resistance.

I enjoyed this last one cause it's a comedy sketch. Love the Bubble version of JW. Worst one is David Bradley cos he's not doing an impression so he sounds nothing like Hartnell. McCoy is so good I thought it was him. Haven't bothered with others apart from Strax.

I'm not bothering with that one. She will only ruin it for me.
The Doctor died with Capaldi. The Chibnall era is non-canon.

There are no Doctors before William Hartnell.

Without respect, we reject.

Well that was rather amusing, but somewhat sacrilegiously it ignores Chibs’ ascertion that there’s been at least nine million other Doctors.

It’s almost as if they think Chibs’ Who is all bollocks. :D

Shouldn't there be an apostrophe in "Doctor's Ass..." ?

Not that I want to see it.
