Anything Nigel Kneale sounds good as does Tripods and The Day the Earth stood still.

Some Harry Rasmussen films might also be an idea.

You know the Daleks films are gonna be popular, avoid Terrornauts though  My god that is insanely bad.

The Land That Time Forgot is a bit of a classic, isn't it?

Dracula AD 1972 sounds good

Hasn’t intended to mention the Daleks films, but we could do both of them as a package.

I’m a big horror film aficionado and I know I’m not the only one on here.

I could come up with some top 5 lists and people could agree or say “get real Servo these films are much better.”

We could curate our favourite films. Sort of All Tomorrows Parties Mondas style, using films instead of music.

Sounds like a good plan. :)

Anyway, taking inspiration from Cygnus’ thread here are my Top 5 Tigon films.

The Blood Beast Terror

Witchfinder General

The Curse of the Crimson Altar

The Blood on Satan’s Claw

The Creeping Flesh.

How’s that?

All those Tigons are fine choices imo. Been many years since I've seen some of them.

Always thought there was something about the Tigon and Amicus output that I often found more unsettling than the "watch out for Michael Ripper" Hammer ones - although I loved those too. :)

I don’t have The Creeping Flesh, but I do note it’s available on Daily Motion.

My point being that even if you don’t have copies of this stuff you can probably watch them for free somewhere.

At one stage I was trying to persuade Shuz to do an Adam Adamant Lives! podcast (just the one episode, I don’t think I could do more than one episode on Adam Adamant Lives!), but he was too busy throwing darts at his David Luiz dartboard to have any time.

I came up with the idea because I felt bad about panning the program and thought I should give it another go. The idea was that each podcast episode should focus on a relatively obscure cultish program. Only got as far as planning the first episode.

We could turn that podcast idea into another rewatch and do some episodes of AAL. It would help if we had some real fans to be really effusive.

What do you all say?

The Skull

Torture Garden

The House That Dripped Blood

Tales from the Crypt

Vault of Horror

The Land That Time Forgot.

Is Tigon part of Hammer or did you change something?

So it's a Tigon and amicus rewatch now or Tigon, amicus and hammer horror?

All three I think.

We could also do some that aren’t any of the other three.

It’s just if people want to or not.

Ignore that, I have no suggestions as I haven't seen these films apart from the two above I just watched and the Daleks ones.

I will just go with whatever you guys say.

Dr terrors house of horrors is magnificent. Vault of horror, has Tom baker meeting a grisly end. Would also recommend tales that witness madness.not the best portmanteau but fun all the same.
