The BBC have today confirmed the transmission time for the opening episode of season 8, Deep Breath.
Peter Capaldi’s first episode as the Doctor, which goes out on Saturday 23rd August, will start at 7.50pm and finish at 9.10pm. The episode is written by Steven Moffat and directed by Ben Wheatley.
