We all know from his letter to the Radio Times that new Doctor Peter Capaldi is a self-confessed Doctor Who fan. Now Doctor Who News reviewer and correspondent Matthew Kilburn has discovered in his own fanzine archive an article written by Capaldi dating from 1976.
