Re: Game Of Thrones

Well, that was quite the episode. One of the most expensive TV episodes I've ever seen. I was only surprised by two things, but everything else made sense in my past speculation in my head about what may happen. The two things were - Varys' death, and how Cersei and Jamie died. But as many others su...

1. Survived, I believe.

2. Survived.

3. Survived.

I didn't see any of them die, although in #1, it's unclear. Wounded at least.

Well, I have to say - Wow! Very intense! And it was difficult to remember to keep breathing, heh! Amazing piece of television! That must have taken months to plan and shoot! Well done, producers!

Re: So About Those Missing Episodes Then...

Linx on GB: The accent is definitely Australian. I suppose its possible that he's speaking a little more "properly" than he would in everyday life, but it's still just a perfectly normal Australian accent, and speaking like that wouldn't cost him any undue effort. What he is doing is lowering the pi...

Re: Rate "The Ghost Monument"

It's more important that the share is consistent or that it's not significantly declined. Episode 2's share and placement remains very high for that week.

Re: Series 11 Spoiler Thread

No reviews of the 1st episode yet? I thought something would have leaked by now.... There were some hints and words from a few people - they're on GB and Gallifrey (another DW forum). But Thursday is when the embargo is lifted. I imagine when Wednesday turns into Thursday, we'll see some reviews on...

Re: Series 11 Spoiler Thread

Maybe that’s what they think appeals to the “kids”, but the proof will be in the pudding come October. Well I hope that’s what they think, rather than them thinking that’s how life should be. Alas any perusal of the BBC homepage makes me think otherwise. It looks like most other home pages (apart f...
