Re: SCRAPING THE CLASSIC BARREL: Which Classic Who Guest Characters Should Get Their Own BIG FINISH Box Set Adventures?

"COMING SOON FROM BIG FINISH PRODUCTIONS...." THE TWENTY GIANTS CHRONICLES Nobody, but nobody, could drink like "Twenty Giants", well known on Jaconda for both his temper, for clubbing anyone that tried to sing a duet with him and for often vomiting all over Azmael on many a night out. But when a d...

Nothing turning up so far, Metalunamutant, but I did stumble on the above site you mentioned about the mysterious rogue Cyberman. Re: "HOW MANY EPISODES IS THIS THING?": What Was the Ideal Length for a Classic Story?

I did sometimes think that 7 episodes was pushing it for some serials. Somehow THE WAR GAMES gets a pass as it just rattles along nicely. Am not sure about THE INVASION at 8. Some of the 2 parters seemed a bit too short, as if they had to rush the ending to fit it in. And am not sure what to make of...

Re: WEEKLY (RE)WATCH OF THE MISSING 97: "The Space Pirates" (Episode 5)

Dudley Foster really gets to let rip as Caven and he’s the best thing in this . It is a crying shame that he’s not in the retained episode. I love his scene telling Madeline how things really are. He’s thoroughly nasty. Talking of whom, Madeleine Issigri does not not do will in this episode. Happy ...

Re: WEEKLY (RE)WATCH OF THE MISSING 97: "The Space Pirates" (Episode 5)

Episode 5: The thing that's coming over most strongly to me is the committed acting of all involved. Madeline, Dervish (who suddenly has an unexpected third dimension of regret and a buried conscience), Caven and all the others. Milo has grown on me and I no longer find him unbearable. I remember su...
