Re: Radio Times poll for 'Best Doctor'

I didn't notice any mention of this poll beforehand here, by the way. You'd think someone on PM would have known about it. Rather odd, that, almost as though someone didn't want a forum that obviously doesn't salute the NewWho flag to be involved. Well given the slightest kernel of crap gets jumped...

Re: MORRIS: Jodie's Doctor Has Already Filmed Her Regeneration Scenes for the Xmas Special!

And if he's proved wrong, will you still flock to him? Hang on every word he says?
He got lucky once. Really he needs to be lucky always. See even paraphrasing the IRfuckingA feels more morally sound than quoting Morris.

I'd hate to think what car crashes your sexual relationships must be.

Re: Little Britain Pulled from Iplayer

League of Gentlemen also gone. Talons is safe, it's already got warnings next to it. I can't see Doctor Who getting pulled. Not going into a "It COULD! It COULD!!" echo bollocks. They finally aren't taking it any more. It's mainly being used to delude change is happening instead of where the changes...

A good 8. I loved following it every Friday(?) it was broadcast on the radio. Still wasn't bad but that N-Space? Oh don't get me started! I've got a relatively cheery disposition as is.

Pip Baker Hospitalised

Pip Baker in hospital with breathing problems.
Please can we have thoughts, prayers and updates in this thread rather than anti-Chris on every other page?

I wish Pip's family well.

Re: Dropping like Flies....

Better known for his role in The Human Centipede films, I knew him best as the unhinged Mantrid from the second series of Lexx. Greatest madman performance. Apparently he died late February but his family have only just announced it. R.I.P. Dieter Laser https://news.sky.com/story/human-centipede-sta...

Re: Shoegazing: The Scene that celebrates itself

Closest I got to Shoegaze was Curve. But I remember it breaking through in the early nineties.
And I also remember how Grunge just killed all media and others attention. Met loads who loved Nirvana. Very rarely meet anyone into Shoegaze.
And they could have had both! THEY COULD HAVE HAD BOTH!K

Re: YOU AND THE MCCOY DOCTOR: How Do You Rate Him?

There was a progression in this Doctor that was more overt, certainly than any progress made by Jodie. I still wish of all the "What if?" In Doctor Who what another series with McCoy would have been like. But then strong possibility that could have turned me off the show from what I've saw of some p...

What does it matter to me I don't do the conventions? And now I have even less desire now David Collings has gone. A friend joked his bicycle reflectors were awesome. So I pointed out he was more known to him as the English dubbed Monkey voice! Forgotten its name already but Talking Pictures recentl...

Re: KAMELION: Did You Secretly Like Him?

Well the thing with Kamelion was his creator and operator was sadly killed in a car accident while filming.
I think the Production Team probably had a "But I though YOU were watching him to see how he operated it!" shouting match, and we know what happened after.

It seemed to remind me of Survival with all the council houses in the background. But Survival turbo charged. Got more of a rush than I did for the TV Movie. And for a while it had ratings I would never ever contemplate the show getting back during Season 26. The monster was a bit too easily defeate...

Re: NEVER MIND MISCAST: Can Jodie Whittaker Even Act?

Grade A customer service approach in interviews. The Doctor isn't even an exaggeration of that. It's too frantic as opposed to the control Jodie has in interviews. It's going to be a while before we see what happens. And tis is the hell isn't it? Thread after thread infinite loop as death pushes fil...
