"Do you know how fast you were going, sir? Who do you think you are, Stirling Moss?"

Sadly no more.

Terrible news. Tim Brooke Taylor has passed away.

I feel like a part of my childhood has gone.

Better known for his role in The Human Centipede films, I knew him best as the unhinged Mantrid from the second series of Lexx. Greatest madman performance.
Apparently he died late February but his family have only just announced it.

I never knew him but his work was a part of my life since childhood and like when Jon Pertwee died I feel like I’ve lost a friend.

You couldn't grow up in the UK when I did and not know who Tim Brooke-Taylor was. The Goodies was an iconic show, and a staple of my childhood, Me and My Girl I used to watch when I was a little older, and years after that I listened to I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue regularly on the radio. Difficult to think of him being gone.

Just Wide Awake Club up to this (we stayed up past midnight). Devastated. Don't cry for me Marge and Tina will never be the same.

John Conway, inventor of "The Game of Life" has sadly left this one thanks to this wretched virus.
