I do agree that some of the figures and sometimes the paint jobs are not up to scratch. But equally I still think the good outweighs the bad. I'm happy with the majority of the pieces. I haven't really bothered with the specials beyond the TARDIS. I'd much rather have preferred a retro TARDIS release to the Cyber king which I won't be collecting.

Any more head ups concerning near future releases beyond the Sea Devil?

The 9th Doctor is arguably the finest yet. When you look at this and compare it to 10 and 11 you have to question the QC procedures (if any).

The Sea Devil was awesome. Much better than it looked in the promotional pic.

Giant robot release is very good. Not got it yet but will. On the other hand 5th Dr's costume is also very good.

Didn't want subscription as some of the choices are mind-bogglingly naff, but getting more difficult to obtain from local stores, especially the specials!

Eaglemoss have good sculptures that are ruined by shitty painting, buy one and have a laugh. I did, then sold it

The Ogron looks better. No idea when that one's out though.

Liking the look of these. They've got 'em pretty spot on. I hear you have to handle the Susan Foreman figurine with great care cos her ankles are extra fragile...
