I like it.
(Doctor Who) has been hijacked and redefined as a lucrative modern franchise. They've literally taken a square peg and painfully made it fit a round hole by taking enormous liberties with much of its fundamental essence. There's no turning back now.

Can't remember it well enough to comment at any length, but I seem to remember that it was fun but seemed a bit generic. I will have to watch it again to make any more incisive comments.

Nicholas Courtney is really good in it, which makes up for any budgetary shortcomings IMHO. :)

It's flawed and the Yeti are pretty badly realized but it's still a rather fun watch, just for seeing the three main characters back again. (Although it's weird watching now all three are sadly no longer with us.)

Must say, I never liked what this did with Victoria much; under the control of the Intelligence for years - with no Doctor coming to her rescue. A sad fate for a companion. :(
