Sadly there's no Manchester 'Tavern'. I feel a bit out of it Up North, it all seems to be happening in London.
The best chance for achieving peace and prosperity, for the maximum number of people worldwide, is to pursue the cause of liberty.

If you find this to be a worthwhile message, spread it throughout the land.

We should start one.
"It can become a kind of franchise where it's not a real character at all, but just an amalgam of elements that people think are Doctor Who: a scarf, a bow tie... I wanted to be the actual Doctor Who." - Peter Capaldi

Disgusting imagery there

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marmite

It's a yeast extract spread sold in the UK.

It's something one either loves or hates with no middle ground.

It was even advertised along these lines some years ago!

"Ghost Light" or "Love and Monsters" are other examples of "Marmite" stories.

Fear her isn't even good enough to be a marmite story...?????? :notfunny: :notfunny: :notfunny:

You saying that means that it isn't, because at least one person doesn't love OR hate it.

Mind you personally I can take or leave Marmite... :D

Just watched it now....

Wait for it............

Loved every minute of it, it felt like RTD era Who (high praise from me)
it was the first time this series I felt totally engaged with the plot and characters, I even had a tear in my eye when Rory "died" in the dream. I prefer Who when it concentrates on people.
The dream lord was the Valyard, wasn't he?

Anyhow, 9/10

Steady on!

And, I hope, aliens. (Or did Antodus die in vain?)

Psychic pollen, it would seem - rather a let down (if only he'd had that extra 20 minutes, it might have been another story!)

But you never know.

Yes, but the psychic pollen gave form to the dark side of the Doctor's personality-which effectively is the Valeyard. It wasn't the pollen itself that was the bad guy.
Co-Pilot

What I like about stories such as Amy's Choice, is that it makes the main stars earn their pay...
